Lemminkäinen to construct business premises for Technopolis in St. Petersburg
Lemminkäinen will construct business premises for the property investment company Technopolis Oyj in St. Petersburg, Russia. The construction project involves the extension of the airport campus Technopolis Pulkovo. As the project?s main contractor, Lemminkäinen is also responsible for the technical building services (HEPACE) in the premises.
The total surface area of the offices is 18,750 square metres and the gross area of the buildings totals 22,700 square metres. LEED Silver environmental certification will be sought for the property.
Work on the project started in January 2012, with estimated completion in September 2013. The parties have agreed not to disclose the value of Lemminkäinen's contract.
